Proyecto Xilonen centers our dinner experience on the sharing of information about our native ingredients in community. Whether attending a dinner or a workshop we pride ourselves in creating learning spaces that cultivate appreciation for the practices and histories we share.

Pop-Ups

Our intimate Pop-up dinner experience centers building community and communal learning as you enjoy carefully prepared food with ingredients grown in our garden and learn about their history. Dinners happen periodically throughout the month, have a different menu each time and vary from 6-12 guests, see below for future events.

In order to reserve your spot for our next dinner there’s a $20 reservation deposit per person. Click on the date of the event to learn more about it and follow a link to pay the reservation deposit. Check out our FAQs to learn more about what to expect at one of our diners.
